    Look y'all you don't need to be rich to lose weight fast. Just do intermittent fasting, no alcohol, and smoking!!! I'm telling you it works! But don't be eating a bunch of Burger King and honey buns everyday during the intermittent fasting though. 😂

    I went vegan for 30 days and felt no difference. I did not lose a single lb. I think people think plant based means the weight will just fall off and you’ll be the picture of health instantly. It’s not like that. You still have to work at it. I think you’d have to stay plant based for at least 90 days to see sustainable improvement in health or weight. Also I think anybody in the world could lose weight with literally around the clock support: personal chef, trainer, nutritionist, someone who grocery shops for you, a babysitter for your kids so you can sleep properly and work out. Almost all of us go it alone. So it takes a hell of a lot more than just waking up in the morning and everything is virtually done for you and all you have to do is show up.
    For the regular people, stay at it. It’s a learning curve. Don’t compare yourselves to celebrities. Just adapt to the lifestyle day by day until it works for you.
